“Chaos Concoction” - a topper with green and silver reflective glitter and blue/green/pink/gold shimmers at different angles.

The shimmer effects will be different depending on the base shade. Black will bring out the most color shifts and different color shades can intensify certain colors in the shimmer shifts.
